Location: Glasgow, G3 6RQ (hybrid working available)

Grade 6, £37,174 - £42,882 per annum pro rata

Fixed Term – 9 Months

35 hours per week (Flexible working and secondments will be considered)

Applications are invited for a full-time, fixed-term Research Information Coordinator at the Glasgow School of Art.

We are looking for someone with experience in a repository, library or archive setting for this varied role in our team, which supports the GSA’s staff and postgraduate research community. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the digital collection and dissemination of academic research outputs and data in GSA’s RADAR repository; promoting open access (OA) publication and open research to GSA researchers; and managing data to inform the development, oversight and assessment of research.

If you are already working in a similar role in higher education this would be a great opportunity to do a secondment and gain experience and insights into repository work in a small, specialist arts institution, including hands-on REF submission preparation, as a member of the GSA Research department.

Please share this email with colleagues who may be interested, and contact Nicola Siminson, Research Information Manager, n.siminson@gsa.ac.uk for informal enquiries.
