We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Directorate team, providing high-level professional support to the Deputy Director and Vice Principal, Research and Innovation, based at our Altyre Campus in Forres.
In this role, you will deliver proactive and efficient EA/PA support, act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activity within a small, collaborative team. You will also provide administrative support across Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange activity at the GSA Highlands and Islands Campus.
You will bring demonstrable experience as a PA/EA in an executive environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with senior colleagues.
