Grade 3, £24,344 - £26,942 per annum pro rata

Applications are invited for a Development Officer - Database and Administration in the Development Department at the Glasgow School of Art.

The Development Team at the Glasgow School of Art is successful, focussed, and ambitious. Over the last decade it has built philanthropic support and corporate partnerships significantly to support the capital and revenue priorities of the School. With the adoption of an ambitious new Development Strategy in 2023, this is an ideal time to join the team and build on that previous success.  

The purpose of this role is to support the effective delivery of the GSA Development Strategy through the provision of high-quality administrative support. This includes assisting with accurate recording of activities and income on the GSA Supporter database, inputting and managing information on other financial and purchasing systems, ensuring that data is managed in a compliant and confidential manner, and producing reports and information as required. 

Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for general administrative duties such as arranging meetings, travel, ordering of supplies and processing of orders and invoices.
