Workshop Assistant (Printmaking) (0.3 FTE)

We are offering an exciting entry-level opportunity to join Glasgow School of Art’s well-regarded Technical Team in a new role supporting our printmaking workshop.

 

Acting as a reliable first point of contact for students, you will be approachable, friendly, and supportive. You will be interested in and have some practical experience of printmaking techniques and equipment. You will support students with their work in the Reid print workshop and have a chance to develop experience in the wider Technical Support team.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include housekeeping of workshop spaces, including disposal of specialist waste. You will be curious and keen to develop your making skills and safe working knowledge.

The role is 10.5 hours per week and the salary is Grade 3 (£23,144 - £25,742 per annum, Pro Rata).
