GSA is seeking to recruit an experienced senior-level HR professional to play a key role in a mature and well-established HR team.

The roleholder will be responsible for the supervision of the operational activities of the HR department, providing support to the Head of HR in ensuring delivery of a professional service with strategic focus. 

Successful applicants will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) and hold active membership of CIPD. S/he will have a demonstrable record of achievement in a senior HR role, including the management of HR projects and initiatives, and significant experience of successfully managing complex employee relations case work.
