As a Lecturer in Communication Design, you will undertake an appropriate balance of teaching, assessment, course and programme development and related administration.  

You will be qualified to Degree level in a relevant discipline, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of professional experience.  A Post Graduate qualification is advantageous. You will also have experience of teaching at undergraduate and/or PGT level within Higher Education.  

You will have an excellent understanding of current debates, trends and issues, in your area of specialism and an excellent general knowledge of Communication Design techniques, including traditional making and digital technologies.   

Applicants are expected to be an active practitioner or researcher, with an established profile in the field and the ability to contribute to the School’s scholarship and/or research themes.
