Open Studio Education offers a range of programmes and short courses which draws on the range of skills and expertise across The Glasgow School of Art and provides the opportunity to study part time, or as a route into Further/Higher education, for Continuing Professional Development, or for general interest and personal development.
The post will provide administrative support in delivering activity across this area.  

The successful candidate will join a busy customer focused department, dealing with part time creative courses for adults and children throughout the year. You will deliver professional administrative support in the development, planning and organisation of the programme.  

Educated to a higher level, you will be IT literate with a confident and diplomatic approach in liaising with the department’s clientele, staff and tutors. Experience of working within an FE/HE environment would be desirable.  

Some evening and weekend work will be required as part of this post
