In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality and responsive IT support to end users, ensuring that IT support services are efficient and meet organisational standards and requirements.  

During an exciting time for us, we are expanding our campus and implementing modern IT solutions that meet the challenges and requirements of a modern digitally enabled campus.  

You will have demonstrable experience in managing and developing a technical support team, and implementing key support technologies such as End-client management and security.  

In addition, a breadth of experience in IT support policies and processes is also required to meet the challenges presented during a period of change and to clearly document and enforce standards that are developed.
