In this role you will deliver high quality and responsive ICT support service to end users.
You will demonstrate a breadth of ICT support knowledge within a mixed Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh environment. You will ensure that there is access to effective and reliable systems and will exhibit the skills necessary to provide a high quality service with a strong customer care focus - one which actively promotes existing and new developments to staff and students.
Responsibilities will include responding to IT Service Desk requests; providing software and hardware support to ICT users; installation and management of ICT systems and services including virus protection, file & print systems, application software maintenance and backup & recovery.
In addition you will develop and maintain appropriate documentation in relation to internal IT processes and procedures as well as user self-service material.
Candidates will have to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role. Experience in the implementation, management and use of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft Windows7, Windows10, Apple MacOS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SCCM, Cisco Call Manager and VoIP.
