The post holder will provide support to the users of the wide range of services, software and hardware that are provided by the Learning Technology team. 

Educated to HND level or equivalent in an ICT related discipline (or equivalent), you will have in depth experience of supporting users in relation to packages including MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.  

Equipped with excellent time management and communication skills, you will have the ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail as well as being able to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner.
