Grade 5, £27,025 - £31,302 per annum, pro rata
The successful candidate will
provide a professional HR service to The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) dealing
with all areas of recruitment and selection, including:
- Management of end to end
recruitment cycle reviewing current processes and continually identifying areas
for improvement and best practice
- Providing advice and guidance to recruiting
managers on all recruitment related matters
The successful candidate will be a full member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), qualified to degree
level or have equivalent professional experience. A sound understanding and knowledge of
current UK employment legislation and best practice is essential as are well-developed initiative and
problem-solving skills.
You will also be
able to demonstrate a commitment to, and experience of, developing diversity in
the workplace as well as an understanding of employment-related issues within
the public sector.
