Mackintosh School of Architecture Grade 3 – £19,305 - £22,214 per annum pro rata PERMANENT
As Administrative Officer (Research Development), you will join a busy team within a teaching department which delivers courses at degree, diploma and postgraduate level; with specialised research units.   

The successful candidate will deliver a professional administrative service in support of the Head of School, Academic Support Manager.  The successful candidate will also assist in particular the Head of Research Development, Mackintosh Environmental Architecture Research Unit and other developing areas of research.  The post holder will also provide some administrative support to the GSA Sustainability Officer.

The role covers administrative support with research development, funded research projects, funding applications and budget tracking, seminars and conferences; acting as secretary to the MSA Research and Enterprise committee.
You should be educated to Higher Grade level (or equivalent) and/or have relevant experience in an administrative environment, preferably within an HE/FE environment and have good knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office applications.
