The Innovation School are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow to contribute to the further development of the Innovation School and its research ambition.  

The Innovation Research Fellow will be responsible for ensuring the Innovation School maintains its excellent research record and will work with key staff across both the Innovation School and GSA contributing to the Research Excellence Framework submission in 2020. Another key responsibility will be the pursuit and acquisition of research funds from Research Councils, NGOs, public sector and commercial sources.  

You will be responsible for developing and submitting successful research funding bids and contribute to the expansion of the Innovation School's research culture and staff cohort.  

You will be a successful researcher with an excellent track record of individual publications, have proven bid-writing and research project management experience as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with partner organisations and institutions.
