Vacancy Description
Mackintosh School of Architecture Grade 3 - £19,305 - £22,214 per annum Fixed term – 12 months (until Sept 2019)
As Administrative Officer, you will join a busy team within a teaching department which delivers courses at degree, diploma and postgraduate level.   

The successful candidate will deliver a professional administrative service in support of Academic Support Manager and the Programme Leader and teaching staff of the Diploma in Architecture programme.  

The role covers administrative support with recruitment and admissions, course delivery, assessments, student feedback, visiting lecturers/critics, study trips, and acting as secretary to programme related committees.  

You should be educated to Higher Grade level (or equivalent) and/or have relevant experience in an administrative environment, preferably within an HE/FE environment. You should also have good knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office applications.
