2 Full Time Posts (1.0FTE) Permanent Grade 4: £23,334 – £26,243 per annum Location: Glasgow

Academic Registry are looking to recruit two new members of staff to the posts of Registry Administrator. Registry Administrators play a key role in ensuring the Academic Registry team provide professional support services to staff and students at GSA, applicants and external agencies.

Providing administrative support to the Registry Officers, these roles have a wide and varied remit and cover a range of duties including, managing internal and external enquiries; assisting with admissions to first degree and postgraduate taught and research programmes; organisation of student enrolment and graduation; provision of statutory returns and statistical reporting; return of student status information to relevant organisations; review and publication of programme and course specifications; co-ordinate external examiner appointments and return of reports; ensure Academic Registry web-pages are accurate and up-to-date;  assist in the provision of student assessment and examination boards.
You will be educated to HND Level (or equivalent) or have substantial relevant experience.  A relevant vocational qualification, e.g. SCOTVEC, RSA would be advantageous.
